All digital products offered by The Craftary are instant downloads and considered final sale. Please review the terms below before completing your purchase.

Delivery of Digital Products

Digital files are available for instant download after your payment is processed.
You will receive a link via email and/or in your account (if applicable) to access your files.
If you do not receive your files within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at hello@thecraftary.com.

Refunds & Cancellations

All digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for digital items once your order is complete.
By purchasing, you agree to these terms and understand that no exceptions will be made.

Personal vs. Commercial Use

All digital products from The Craftary are sold under the following license terms:

Personal Use: You may use the files for your own personal or business branding, planning, or crafting—without resale or redistribution.
Commercial Use: If a product includes a commercial license, you may use the design in products you sell (e.g., shirts, tumblers, printables), but you may not resell, redistribute, or share the original digital file.
If no commercial license is included or specified, the product is for personal use only.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

Resell, share, or redistribute the original digital files
Claim our designs as your own
Use the files to create new digital products for resale
Upload our designs to third-party sites for resale or distribution (e.g., POD platforms like Redbubble, Zazzle, or marketplaces like Etsy unless clearly permitted)

Usage Rights

Digital products are for personal or business use only (depending on the license included).
You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original files under any circumstance.
If your product includes editable templates (e.g., Canva, PDF, or spreadsheet formats), you may customize them for your use, but not for resale.

File Compatibility & Support

Please ensure you have the appropriate software or app to open and use the files (e.g., Adobe Reader, Canva, etc.).
We are not responsible for file incompatibility due to device limitations or unsupported software.

Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
